About the Role

As a Service Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our busy service department. You will help create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting one of the highest-performing service teams in the region.

Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and deliver outstanding customer service will play a vital role in our guests' experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist service guests upon arrival
• Help coordinate vehicle check-in and service appointments
• Direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor
• Support customer communication throughout the service process
• Assist with guest needs and service drive operations
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
• Support Service Advisors and management with daily operations
• Contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction results
