WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills

  Ability to build customer relationships and earn trust

  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  Understanding of automotive service operations and repair recommendations

  A positive attitude and a desire to succeed

  Someone who takes ownership of the customer experience from write-up through delivery

  
  


• Tekion DMS use is preferred.
