Service Contract Coordinator/Assistant – CyberArk Revenue Operations

Duration: Contract

Rate: $25 /hr. on 1099

Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Contract Coordinator/Assistant to support the Revenue Operations team by managing service scoping requests, preparing contract documentation, coordinating with Sales and internal teams, and ensuring accurate workflow completion for successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize service scoping requests and case queues.
• Draft, update, and maintain service scope and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve scoping requests.
• Track case status, follow up on pending requests, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Verify final documents match opportunity products before deal closure.
• Support additional operational initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or client management in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
