Cassady Electric, LLC., a full-service electrical contractor serving customers throughout Indiana, is seeking a Service Coordinator at our Bloomington location. This individual must possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. We are offering a salary ($20-24 per Hour), based on experience and a competitive benefit package which includes paid vacation, paid company holidays, 401 (K) with company matching, pension, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for a full-time employee. This position will report daily to our Bloomington office and working hours are 7am-4pm with one hour lunch.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.


• Manage work orders, billing, and dispatching service technicians under direction of the Bloomington Service Manager.


• Perform data entry tasks using company software for billing, invoicing, creating work orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and writing purchase orders.


• Handle clerical duties including filing, greeting customers, answering phones, and managing daily mail.


• Utilize MS Office computer skills, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.


• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, effective time management, and the willingness to learn various duties.


• Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license.


• Successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

Who We're Looking For:

General Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a construction or service company preferred.


• Proficient in customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.


• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
