About the Role:

Join Gateway Residential Services as a Service Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents in Evansville, IN. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, families, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate services for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Act as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers.

Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized service plans.

Organize and facilitate community events and programs to promote resident engagement.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.

Assist in training and supervising support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise.

Collaborate with local agencies and resources to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and families.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Knowledge of community resources and services available in Evansville, IN.
