Job Description - Service Coordinator

Job Description



Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in daily operations within the Supreme Services. This position is responsible for helping and mentoring employees to follow their Work Order Router, and for sending out good quality equipment to our customers.



Job Requirements


• Screens potential applicants for consideration of employment to maintain adequate staffing.
• Supervises daily operations of employee activities for job productivity.
• Mentors and ensures employee training daily, including annual evaluations.
• Counsels employees, up to and including issuing verbal and written reprimands, where deficiencies are noted for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
• Conducts employee and/or staff meetings to disseminate or receive information as required
• Coordinates, where necessary, with customer representatives to resolve job related deficiencies of products or material.
• Works directly with QHSE Department for participation in QHSE facility audits, and ensures timely closeout of all corrective actions identified.
• Participates in incident investigations through close out to ensure processes and corrective actions are implemented to prevent future such incidents from occurring.
• Help to prepare and/or update quotes for customers as per BD’s direction.
• Prepares & organizes job folders on a daily basis by verifying equipment list, & drawings for each job.
• Conduct Pre/Post Job reviews with field employees, BD, Safety, Quality, & management.
• Oversees equipment load-out, and/or check-in when equipment is returned from a job.



Education



  • High School diploma or equivalent, will accept 10 years in a related oilfield activity.

  • Completion of Core Employee Safety Orientation, and any other training as identified on SSI Employee Training Matrix.



Experience



  • The Service Coordinator position is a non-entry level position. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of the oilfield, preferably rental tools and GP equipment.

  • On the job training will be provided specific to applications of company policy and procedures.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
