Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our service team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our service customers by handling communication, scheduling, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming service calls and text messages professionally and promptly
Schedule service appointments accurately in our system
Reach out to customers when special-order parts have arrived to schedule follow-up appointments
Respond to all online service appointment requests in a timely manner
Provide excellent communication between customers and the service department
Support the service team with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior customer service or service department experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using scheduling software and dealership management systems
Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude
