Job Description - Service Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our title and escrow operations by serving as the liaison between clients, agents, lenders, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for all parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate the flow of information and documentation between clients, real estate agents, lenders, and title officers.
  • Track key dates and deadlines throughout the closing process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and proactive updates to clients.
  • Assist with scheduling closings and preparing necessary documents.
  • Resolve client inquiries or escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, title, escrow, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with title/escrow software (e.g., Qualia, ResWare, SoftPro, etc.).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
