Service Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Handle a high volume of inbound service calls and internet inquiries


• Set, confirm, and maximize service appointments


• Make outbound calls daily (no exceptions) for follow ups, missed appointments, and service campaigns


• Re-engage past clients and drive service retention


• Work closely with service advisors to ensure appointments show and convert


• Track performance and hit daily/weekly/monthly KPI's

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong phone presence and confidence closing appointments


• BDC, call center, sales, or automotive experience preferred


• Competitive mindset with a drive to win


• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated


• Organized, consistent, and goal oriented
