At Cannistraro, our Service Coordinators are the hub of our Service Operations team. As the primary dispatcher for HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, and Fire Protection service technicians, you'll coordinate emergency and scheduled service calls, communicate with customers, and ensure our technicians have what they need to provide exceptional service. Every day brings new challenges, and your ability to prioritize, adapt, and think ahead will have a direct impact on our customers and field teams.

What You'll Do
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily service operations and dispatching technicians throughout New England. Responsibilities include:
Evaluate incoming service requests, determine urgency, and prioritize emergency and scheduled work.
Dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, and Fire Protection technicians based on customer needs, technician availability, location, and skill set.
Communicate with customers to gather service information, establish time-and-material service calls, and provide updates throughout the service process.
Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity while delivering outstanding customer service.
Develop a working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems to accurately understand customer issues and communicate with field personnel.
Coordinate the procurement of purchase orders, materials, and services needed to support service work.
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and dispatch information within company systems.
Build strong relationships with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Respond calmly and effectively to changing priorities throughout the day while maintaining exceptional customer service.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
0–3 years of customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A sense of urgency and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceTrade is a plus.
