Job Description - Service Coordinator
Our client in Bethal Park is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the teamDuties:- Coordinate service capabilities to meet customer demands effectively.- Schedule Service Engineers efficiently to align with job requirements.- Monitor and uphold quality standards for technical and administrative service team performance.- Perform routine tasks including scheduling, requesting customer purchase orders, and managing customer communications.- Provide backup support to resolve customer service issues promptly and to satisfaction.- Update and maintain customer information in Service Fusion and HubSpot platforms.- Prepare and deliver service quotes based on existing work orders and estimates.- Process all necessary paperwork in adherence to established procedures.- Maintain records of all service quotes and pertinent documentation.- Generate and maintain reports on service and parts sales weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.- Review service orders and contracts, ensuring alignment with customer purchase orders and communicating relevant details to Accounting, Service, and Inventory Departments.- Conduct annual visits to key customers to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.- Perform additional duties as assigned.Job RequirementsRequirements:- Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience.- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone and e-mail etiquette. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.- Maintain a valid driver"s license.
