Job Description - Service Coordinator Customer Experience Representative



Stohlman Volkswagen & Subaru of Tysons is seeking a dedicated and reliable Service Coordinator to join our team in Tysons, VA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the service department’s efficiency and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


As the primary point of contact with our customers, you will help keep our service department running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do



  • Welcome customers and create a positive service experience

  • Answer calls and schedule service appointments

  • Follow up with customers after their visit

  • Communicate customer needs clearly with the service team

  • Manage appointment flow and ensure timely coordination

  • Handle payments and provide accurate receipts

  • Maintain organized service and accounting records

  • Assist with loaner vehicle coordination

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Requirements



  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

  • Must consent to an employment background screening.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Must have a team-oriented mindset with a strong ability to collaborate and support others.

  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be reliable and punctual.
