Service Coordinator - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Assigns duties to service technicians
• Prepares quotes on service jobs
• Enters sales orders for service jobs
• Orders parts for service jobs
• Assigns labor to service jobs
• Invoices service jobs
• Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule
• Inspects service tickets to verify conformance with company standards and/or customer specifications

Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Experience in pump service and fabrication
• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
• High quality organizational skills

Additional Information:

Physical Demand: May lift up to 40 lbs, sitting at a desk for several hours

Working Conditions: Office enviornment

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Overtime as needed

Education: High school diploma or GED
