Job Description - Service Coordinator - Heavy Equipment

Description

 Organized + Attention to Detail + Excellent Customer Service = Our next team member! We have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving branch to support our team of technicians. You will:

  • Provide quotes for field & shop work
  • Invoice quotes & shop jobs
  • Generate POs
  • Dispatch technicians
  • Check in/out equipment as needed
  • Interact with customers involving the status of repairs
  • Provide administrative support

Requirements

 

Do you have experience working in the heavy equipment service industry? We could be your next fit!Are you organized and detail-oriented? We definitely want to talk to you! To be successful, you will definitely need really good computer skills including MS Office Suite. Good communication skills will help you develop great relationships with the techs and the customers. Mechanical knowledge of engines or similar will definitely help you have a leg-up in training.
