Service Coordinator – Richmond, CA

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00/hour (based on experience) 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with some overtime and weekend on-call rotation 

Travel: Up to 25% 

Must have a valid driver's license; TWIC card or ability to obtain one is preferred

MSHS Pacific Power Group is looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to support our marine service operations. In this key role, you’ll manage service repair orders, coordinate with internal teams, ensure accurate billing, and help drive process improvements.

If you're a natural problem solver, highly adaptable to change, and able to make sound decisions under pressure—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Open and manage Service Repair Orders (SROs) in line with customer needs 
• Coordinate job execution and communication across departments 
• Analyze estimates, POs, and invoices for billing accuracy 
• Support collections efforts and resolve open AR issues 
• Track customer feedback and drive improvements 
• Ensure CLEAN billing within 5 days of job completion 
• Contribute to margin improvement goals  

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in service coordination, operations, or technical support 
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills 
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite 
• Maritime or power generation industry experience preferred 
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents 
• Self-motivated and dependable, with a team-first mindset
