Job Description - Service Coordinator - Power & Construction Equipment

Requirements

  • Conforms with the core values of BPS
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 18+ years of age
  • 2 yrs prior customer service experience desired
  • Basic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines or willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of generators
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to work well unsupervised; able to work independently
  • Able to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
  • Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
  • Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
  • Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
