Service Coordinator/Scheduler

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. In our Salt Lake City location, we are currently seeking an Service Coordinator to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Support the Department Manager with scheduling service teams.

Support the service teams by confirming the quality of their field work and their appearance as service calls are being performed. By working with our service teams you will improve our services by training with best techniques, documentation and customer interaction.

• Coordinate all of the Service department’s field work force (Alarm) directly.
• Customer satisfaction
• Enforce policies
• Positive reinforcement
• Scheduling
• Ordering / Staging Material
• Enter in reports and corrections to into compliance engines.
• Aid our deficiency departments with customer follow up on submitted quotes.
• Review work orders for accuracy.
• Maintain the service department’s inventory needs.
• Support the service teams with your expertise. Lead by example.

• Additional licenses are a plus but not required.
• Work experience, training or education in inspections, maintenance, and sequence of events and repair of Fire Alarm/Sprinkler/Suppression Systems is preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with handling multiple priorities, project duties and responsibilities.
