Responsibilities:

• Handles loaner fleet and assists customers with paperwork and documentation.


• Serves as used car advisor to assist sales department - creates repair order, coordinates with technicians, and communicates vehicle service needs to Used Sales Manager.


• Engage with and assist customers with their requests.


• Receive payments by cash, check, credit card, debit cards, or gift cards.


• Efficiently operate computer system to process payments.


• Maintain correct balances on all transactions.


• Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.


• Communicate company policies and procedures to customers.


• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate standard office equipment


• Valid driver’s license
