Job Description - Service Customer Care Representative



The Rosen Automotive Group has proudly served the residents of Illinois and Wisconsin for over 35 years. We are currently seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our growing team! Job responsibilities include:



  • Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.

  • Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts / Rental Department.

  • Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

  • Follow up on customer declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed.

  • Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and/ or recall appointments.

  • Follow up with customers on all ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving.


Requirements: 


All candidates must manifest the highest level of customer service. Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a basic working knowledge of Windows Office, along with the ability to learn vender programs/portals quickly and efficiently. All candidates must be 18, with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record. Must be responsible, dedicated to arriving on time, hard-working, and have the ability to multi-task. Drug testing required.



  • Excellent customer service skills, over the phone and in-person.

  • Superior communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule.

  • Automotive industry experience preferred, but not required.
