The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of service delivery for high-value wholesale and enterprise customers. This role will manage the operational lifecycle from order intake through installation, timely provisioning, and SLA compliance for services such as Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Transport, Voice, and IP Transit. The role interfaces directly with internal teams, external vendors, and key customer contacts to drive operational excellence and maintain a high standard of service delivery. This role is integral to GTA’s stated mission of providing service to our clients with simplicity, speed, and agility from opportunity closing through service activation and support. You will also:

• Manage and coordinate the provisioning and activation of carrier wholesale, enterprise, and small business services.


• Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery by customer contracts and SLAs.


• Work closely with network engineers, field technicians, and vendors to track service implementations.


• Ensure compliance with internal and external service activation processes.


• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service delivery timelines, escalations, and updates.


• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, provisioning, NOC, and operations) to address customer requirements.


• Provide regular progress reports and proactively communicate any delays or issues.


• Identify roadblocks in service delivery and escalate to the appropriate teams for resolution.


• Ensure all escalations are managed within SLA commitments.


• Maintain accurate records of service orders, installation progress, and project milestones.


• Review and refine service delivery processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.


• Contribute to knowledge base documentation and best practice guidelines.


• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.


• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned

Candidates must show: 

• Ability to promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. 


• Product/Service knowledge: Remains up to date on the latest services and products we provide and has a clear understanding of how each work. Working knowledge of telecom network offerings such as Ethernet, TDM, DSL and Wireless access providers also required. 


• Customer centric: Puts the customer first and creates a positive experience for the customer by building relationships and maximizing service/product offerings. Stays current with knowledge of products clients require and can foresee their future technology needs 


• Accountability: Punctual and dependable to meet the needs of our customers. Has the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment. 


• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Has the ability to assess an issue, provide creative solutions, and analyze if the solution was viable. 


• Organizational support: Ability to follow company policies and procedures in accordance with contract/agreement(s) and Company Goals, completes administrative tasks thoroughly, accurately, promptly, and efficiently as possible with respect to human resources, financial management and profitability. 


• Technical skills: Constantly strives to increase technical knowledge to improve training tools through latest product knowledge, industry knowledge, and research. 


• Growth and Learning: Is curious and understands that learning is a lifelong endeavor. You own your learning and development, and you are committed to evolving

This is what you need to have:

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent/GED.


• 2–5 years of experience in service delivery, provisioning, or project coordination within the telecom industry.
  
  


• Experience working with carriers, ISPs, or network providers.


• Understanding of telecommunications services such as fiber, Ethernet, DIA, VoIP, and private line circuits.


• Familiarity with provisioning and circuit activation for Tier 1 and wholesale carriers.


• Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, order management tools, and ticketing platforms


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  


• Possession of, and the ability to maintain a valid driver license
