• Program implementation management.
• Recruiting, staffing and backup management.
• Business development and pre-sales support.

• Communicating proactively and promptly with client, clarifying needs and reflecting these back to the client for confirmation.

• Previous experience managing Service Desk, Help Desk or Contact Center operation.
• Previous experience building and growing IT operations team/teams.
• Previous experience building and growing a service operation, preferably in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Certification or demonstrable experience with Quality Management systems (ITIL, Cobit, ISO, etc.).
• Proven ability building high-performing teams and managing to and achieving aggressive goals.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Assertive, professional demeanor and an ability to be an effective advocate for the objectives of the Support Services enterprise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong professional presence and presentation skills.
• Strong analytic and data reporting skills.
