Service Department Associate

As a Service Department Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, cleanliness, and reliability of coffee and tea equipment at customer locations. This position includes both in-house and field responsibilities. You will refurbish equipment at our Charlotte facility, assist with service calls as needed, and perform routine maintenance, stocking, and cleaning services at customer sites.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

Service Department (2 days per week):

• Refurbish coffee equipment

• Assist with service calls as needed

Customer Locations (3 days per week):

• Clean and maintain coffee equipment

• Stock machines with product

Additional Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, professional service at customer locations

• Operate company vehicle safely and keep tools and vehicle organized

• Work with service and warehouse team as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience with equipment repair or maintenance (preferred)

• Strong commitment to customer service

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lift and move equipment safely (up to 50 lbs)
