Service Department Greeter

Nielsen of Morristown is looking for a Service Greeter to join the team. The Service Greeter will be assisting customers who are bringing their vehicles in for various service appointments. This is a fast-paced position in a busy environment. The Greeter also works directly with the Service Advisors and Service Manager.

Job Description

• Greet customers at their vehicle in the service drive


• Check mileage and confirm the appointment details


• Walk customer to the Advisor area to finish check in process
