We are seeking a dedicated Service Support Specialist to enhance our customer service experience by providing exceptional support to our Service Customers and Service Advisors. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to build a career with CMA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform exterior car washes for customer vehicles to ensure a clean and polished appearance.

- Organize and maintain the service lot to ensure efficient operations.

- Provide shuttle services for customers as needed, ensuring a positive experience.

- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Enthusiastic and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

• No prior experience or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Auto - Tech student / graduate preferred.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. 
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid Driver's License - good driving record.
