What to expect.
The Service Desk Analyst I is responsible for the delivery of excellent customer support and timely resolution of service issues raised by end users across Sheppard Pratt. Service issues include, but are not limited to, incidents related to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems, laptop/desktop hardware issues, Virtual Private Network (VPN) access, and remote / virtual desktop.

The pay range for this position is $19.36/hr minimum to $28.69/hr maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
