Service Desk Associate - with Growth Opportunities

Requirements

1. Client Facing – they will be on the floor interacting/supporting professionals of all levels
2. 2+ years of Tech support experience
3. Windows 10
4. O365
5. Hardware/Connectivity (like wifi)
6. 5 days onsite (8:30am-5pm CST)

Job Description:

• Deployment of new and replacement systems using imaging processes
• Completion of post-imaging tasks per outlined procedures
• Provide hardware support for laptops, monitors, keyboards/mice, headsets, and mobile devices.
• Completion of service desk tickets for hardware issues
• Conference room setup and support
• Adding users/resetting passwords for TBYOD
• Adding printers to workstations
• Unlock accounts/resetting passwords.
• Inventory maintenance for hardware deployment and replacements.
• Assist with hardware movement and cleanup of 5th floor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Online components including Office 365 and OneDrive
• Advanced hands-on experience and technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile computing devices (Android and IOS smartphones, tablets, etc.)
• Support of Windows 10 environment
• Deployment of systems using imaging tools.
• Ability to conduct research into PC hardware and software issues.
• Professional customer service skills required.
• Monitor, resolve, and maintain conference room audio/visual connections.
• Professional customer service skills required.
• Basic network knowledge to troubleshoot hardware connectivity issues.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
