What you’ll be doing:
Provide timely desktop, server, and application support to end users.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using the ITSM/ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams following escalation procedures.
Support user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (users, groups, permissions).
Assist with endpoint management, software deployments, patching, and system updates.
Follow IT support processes, SLAs, and prioritisation guidelines to ensure high service quality.
Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and resolution notes.
Support onboarding activities by setting up user accounts, devices, and access rights.
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams as required.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint devices.
Basic exposure to cloud services such as Microsoft 365 or Azure is an advantage.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, ITSM practices, SLAs, and incident management processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with clear verbal and written communication.
