Description of the role

As a Service Director at Griffith Ford San Marcos, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department and ensuring that high-quality service is provided to all customers. You will manage a team of service advisors and technicians to ensure that vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the service department


• Hire, train, and supervise service advisors and technicians


• Develop and implement service policies and procedures


• Ensure that all vehicles are serviced in a timely manner


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

• Previous experience in a service management role
