About the Opportunity

A confidential, high-volume import automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead and grow its service and parts operations. This is a leadership opportunity for a proven automotive professional who understands how to drive profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the Service Department team
  
• Drive service sales, gross profit, CSI, and retention
  
• Monitor department performance, productivity, and expenses
  
• Partner with dealership leadership to achieve overall business goals
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Director, or Service Manager
  
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
  
• Track record of improving service department performance
  
• Import dealership experience strongly preferred
  

Compensation

$150,000–$200,000+ annually, based on experience and performance.
