Description

Responsibilities for a Dispatcher include but not limited to:

Coordinating and managing the flow of work within the service department
Ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and customer satisfaction is being met
Managing Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts Department communication, prioritizing work, and tracking job progress to meet customer expectations and dealership goals

Requirements

Requirements for a Dispatcher include:

A background in a service shop or repair facility is strongly preferred
Must work well with others and have strong leadership skills
