Service Dispatcher

Description of the role:
The Service Dispatcher at Fury Motors plays a crucial role in coordinating service requests,billing warranty RO's, assigning tasks to technicians, coordinating we-owe's, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize service requests


• Allocate tasks to technicians based on availability and expertise


• Communicate job details, timelines, and any updates to customers


• Update service records and maintain accurate logs


• Bill Warranty RO's for Warranty Admin


• Coordinate We-Owe's with outside vendors & internal departments.


• Responsible for production & throughput of the Service Technicians

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities


• Familiarity with service dispatch software is a plus


• High school diploma or equivalent
