Responsibilities

Delegate service department repair orders to appropriate technicians depending on skill set

Keep a detailed list of all repairs in progress to confirm expedited completion

Keep service advisors and service manager updated on all repairs in progress

Work with sales managers on all internal vehicle reconditioning work flow through the shop

Work with QC associate to ensure all road testing and quality control checks are completed

Qualifications

A minimum of three years experience in related position

Strong communication skills and even demeanor

Able to follow directions and goals

Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
