Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Dallas, TX. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for taking customer orders, assigning Service Technicians, and ensuring that service jobs are billed in a customer friendly manner.  

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $20 - $27 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

What you will do

• Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians


• Enter call orders into the service tracking system


• Dispatch service calls to Service Technicians and follow up to ensure all aspects of the service process are completed accurately


• Complete data entry related to customer accounts and transactions

What we require

• High School diploma or equivalent


• 1+ years’ experience in customer service
  
  

What we prefer

• 1+ years’ experience as a dispatcher


• 1+ years’ experience with accounts receivable or billing
