About the Role
The Service Drive Brand Ambassador is the first point of contact for our guests and is responsible for delivering a welcoming, professional, and seamless service experience. This role ensures each customer is greeted promptly, directed appropriately, and provided with an exceptional brand-level experience that reflects the standards of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities
· Warmly greet all service drive customers and create a positive first impression
· Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area
· Assist with loaner car check-in/check-out process and explain transportation options (shuttle, Lyft, waiting lounge)
· Ensure vehicles are tagged, parked, and staged properly for service
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer lounge, and reception area
· Provide updates on wait times or advisor availability
· Assist with light administrative tasks such as printing repair orders, answering phones, or handling service inquiries
· Support service events, promotions, and customer appreciation initiatives as requested
· Represent the dealership’s culture, values, and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
· Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
· Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Schedule/Compensation
• Full-time; hourly from $18.00 (DOE)
• Benefits available per company policy
