Service Driver

Sterling Buick GMC in Opelousas, LA is hiring! We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in serving Acadiana and being a part of a successful family-owned and operated business.

Our Service Drivers are important to the smooth function and effectiveness of the service department, assisting the advisors and manager with service vehicles and customers. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Department customers with transportation to and from the dealership
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership lot
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations and off-site destinations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the overall efficiency of the Service Department
• Work outdoors and remain active throughout the workday, including standing and walking for extended periods

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be at least 21 years old or have 3 full years of driving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
