Job Duties and Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

·  Warm Welcomes – Greet customers with a smile, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.

·  Customer Assistance – Direct customers to the service advisors, answer basic inquiries, and ensure they’re taken care of promptly.

·  Vehicle Intake – Assist with checking in vehicles for service and ensuring all paperwork is properly completed.

·  Maintain a Tidy Area – Keep the service drive and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.

·  Collaborate with Team – Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations.

·  Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Salary Description: $16.50 - $18.00 an hour.

Requirements

Skills and Job Requirements:

• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violation.
• Four (4) years of driving experience.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
