Whether it’s guiding clients to the right department or assisting with vehicle check-ins, your role as a Service Greeter is vital to our success!

What You’ll Do:

• Warm Welcomes – Greet customers with a smile, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Customer Assistance – Direct customers to the service advisors, answer basic inquiries, and ensure they’re taken care of promptly.
• Vehicle Intake – Assist with checking in vehicles for service and ensuring all paperwork is properly completed.
• Maintain a Tidy Area – Keep the service drive and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with Team – Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Salary Description: $17.50 - $18.50 an hour.

Requirements

• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violations.
• 4 years of driving experience
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
