About the Role

Action Power Sports is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Greeter to join our team! This is a customer-facing position where you’ll play a key role in creating a positive service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

  Assist with service drop-offs and vehicle pickups

  Schedule service appointments in person and over the phone

  Provide excellent customer care and follow-up communication

  Send out post-service feedback surveys

  Support the service team with general administrative tasks

  
  

Qualifications
