Location: Bergey's Cadillac- Plymouth Meeting, PA

Shift- Full Time-  Mon-Fri 7:30a-4:30p

Pay: $18.00 / hr + monthly bonus

Summary: Ensure customer’s receive excellent service

Essential Duties:

• Directs incoming traffic entering valet lane.


• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location


• 
  Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer vehicle mileage, Inspection sticker expiration date, and tire tread depth measurements.


• 
  Tags keys and places a hang tag inside vehicle for identification purposes.
  Installs protective covers on driver seat and steering wheel, along with a protective floor mat.


• 
  Retrieving all night drop envelopes, tagging and moving vehicles.


• 
  Parking all incoming and retrieving all departing vehicles from the service lot.
  Shuttling clients, picking up and delivering vehicles.


• 
  Assisting with shop and office cleanliness and upkeep (sweeping, trash, wiping surfaces)


• 
  Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow etc.


• 
  Maintains a professional appearance.


• 
  Other tasks as assigned.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Valid Driver's License


• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
