PART-TIME (afternoon) Service Greeter – Schicker CDJR of Washington

Schicker CDJR of Washington is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Service Greeter to join our team! As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient service experience. Key Responsibilities:

  Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they arrive in the service drive. 

  
  

• 
  

  Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or department.

  
  


• 
  

  Shuttle customers as needed 

  
  

• 
  

  Assist with initial vehicle intake process, including walk-arounds and basic customer concerns. 

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive area. 

  
  

• 
  Offer refreshments and help ensure a comfortable waiting area environment. 
  

• 
  

  Help coordinate vehicle movement for service appointments, including valet or porter support when needed. 

  
  

• 
  Be a brand ambassador—friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help! 
  

Qualifications: 

• 
  

  Prior customer service experience preferred (automotive, hospitality, or retail a plus) 

  
  

• 
  

  Positive attitude and strong communication skills 

  
  

• 
  

  Team player with a willingness to learn 

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions 

  
  

• 
  

  Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems is a plus 

  
  

• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

  
  

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent
