Service Greeter-Porter

Description of the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Greeter-Porter to join our team at Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, Illinois. As a Service Greeter-Porter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience at our dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Escort customers to the appropriate service Advisor
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and customer waiting lounges

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and offerings
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Help maintain a positive and customer-centric atmosphere at the dealership

-Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner

-Capture pictures of our customers vehicle

- Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
