The responsibilities of a Service Lane Assistant include greeting customers, listening to their needs, scheduling appointments as needed, assisting advisors, and customer follow up and assist with loaners and vehicle pick up and redelivery.

Service Lane Assistant Responsibilities:

  Greet customers promptly

  Obtain customer and vehicle information

  Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the custome

  
  

Service Advisor Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to identify the problem quickly

  Knowledge of automobiles

  Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction

  Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
