Service Lane Porter

The responsibilities of a Service Porter include but are not limited to greeting customers, park and retrieve customer vehicles, keep a safe and clean work area, clean snow off customer vehicles, add air to tires and check lug nut torque and some vehicle exterior washing.

Service Porter Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Greet customers promptly

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and safe service drive (squeegee floors, take out trash, sweep floors....)

  
  


• Park and retrieve customer vehicle upon arrival and departure


• Clean snow off vehicles during winter time


• Adjust tire pressures 


• Re-torque lug nuts to factory specification


• Exterior car washing when needed


• Retrieve information from vehicles on lot


• Help Service Advisors to keep customer flow smooth
