Job Summary

The Service Line Marketing Specialist will support CHOC's Primary Care Network to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that grow patient engagement and support service line growth.

CHOC’s Primary Care Network includes 26 practice locations. The Service Line Marketing Specialist will design and lead the launch of a unified marketing strategy across the network, aligning practices under the organization's brand while honoring each location’s unique community identity.

The ideal candidate brings experience in social media campaigns, digital marketing development, and integrated marketing tactics, with the ability to balance brand consistency and localized storytelling to drive awareness and growth.

Pay Range

Minimum $64,355 Midpoint $85,259 Maximum $106,184

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Position Details

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of on-site presence for in-person meetings, collaboration, and trainings as needed. Initial training will be primarily conducted on-site during the first few months to support onboarding and relationship building.

Experience

• Required: Minimum two (2) years of marketing experience.

• Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry.

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar.

Training

• Required: None required.

Specialized Skills

• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Must have excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate with CHOC's internal clients and departments effectively and persuasively. Must be a detail-oriented decision maker with the ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work effectively while meeting multiple deadlines. Must proactively identify effective communication strategies to meet business objectives. Requires the ability to work independently and efficiently while handling several projects simultaneously. Must have proficiency in digital marketing, specifically paid and owned marketing strategies. Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. Must possess and demonstrate strong level of accountability.  Must be mission driven.
