Service Lot Attendant/Porter

Casey Auto Group is actively seeking a Service Lot Attendant/Porter to join the team! 

The Service Lot Attendant is responsible for assisting with various duties related to maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the service lot. 

Service Lot Attendant Responsibilities:

• Responsible for greeting each customer and escorting them to their assigned service writer.


• Assists the service writers, moves customer vehicles, and prepares customer vehicles for delivery (checks tire pressure and fluids under the hood).


• Parks vehicles in the new vehicle lot in an ordered manner.


• Verifies receipt of and performs a damage inspection on new vehicles delivered to the dealership.


• The work environment is primarily in a busy service drive and required extensive walking, kneeling, and bending in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions, all while remaining the upbeat customer service star that you are.

Qualifications:

• Able to work flexible schedules between 7am-6pm, and some Saturdays.


• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.


• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.


• Must be at least 18 years of age.
