Service Maintenance Sales Executive

Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive HVAC services, specializing in system assessments, maintenance, repairs, energy optimization, and design-build retrofitting solutions. They work with a wide range of clients to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems across commercial properties. They are currently seeking a Service Maintenance Sales Executive to join their team, focusing on the Downtown Seattle or Bellevue areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own leads and managing relationships with property management companies, contractors, and building owners. Your primary focus will be to prospect and secure service maintenance agreements, working directly with clients to provide tailored HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue leads within the designated territory of Downtown Seattle or Bellevue
• Develop and maintain relationships with property management companies, building owners, and contractors
• Prospect for owner-direct service maintenance agreements
• Negotiate and secure contracts for HVAC service, maintenance, and energy optimization projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC service sales, with established relationships in Downtown Seattle or Bellevue
• Strong background in prospecting and securing service maintenance agreements
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and energy optimization
• Self-motivated, with the ability to generate and close leads independently
• Must have HVAC-specific experience (no elevator or non-HVAC industry experience)
