Service Manager

We are seeking a qualified, growth oriented Service Manager in our Seattle/Kirkland Office. 

The Roofing Service Manager provides first class customer service to new and existing customers while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Service Manager promotes repeat and referral business which is critical to the long-term success, growth objectives, and profitability of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of Management experience in the roofing industry


• Knowledge of composition roofing and/or low slope installations


• Knowledge of all commercial and residential roof systems and accessories


• Proficient in technology including MS Office and basic computer software


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record


• High school diploma or equivalent

Essential Functions:

• Lead, manage and develop field employees


• Effectively schedule field employees to assigned job sites ensuring optimization and efficiency of work day


• Provide superior customer service to new and potential customers


• Drive sales through excellent customer service


• Create and present inspection reports


• Provide thorough roofing service estimates while promoting maintenance programs


• Provide support to project management and estimating teams


• Contribute and maintain a positive work culture


• Assist in maintaining a safe and productive workplace


• Perform other duties as assigned
