Job Description - Service Manager

Bower's Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a passionate Plumbing Service Manager who thrives on empowering and developing our technicians and apprentices.

Job Description:

Motivate and train our technicians and apprentices to uphold our core values.
Drive service excellence through sales and customer service training. Support our techs in provide top notch installs each and every time.
Line out Projects and support tech at the field level for success.
Pursue personal growth and leadership development.
Partner with fellow managers to meet profitability goals.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Maintain a Journeyman’s or Master’s License and proficiency in all plumbing tasks.
Minimum 5 years of plumbing service experience and 3 years of management experience.
Excellent customer service and intercompany relationship skills.
Teach, train, and lead by example.
Excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to collaborate and contribute.
