Overview:
Electra Link is seeking an experienced Service Manager with at least 5 years of low-voltage system experience and a proven background in project management and customer communication. This role oversees service operations, manages a team of technicians, and ensures exceptional service delivery for maintenance contracts, repairs, and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the service team to meet customer needs and service-level agreements.

• Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget goals are met.

• Assign work based on technician skills and availability to maximize efficiency.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely communication and issue resolution.

• Monitor material and labor costs to meet or exceed profitability targets.

• Ensure accurate and timely work orders, cost estimates, and billing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of low-voltage systems experience.

• Proven project management skills.

• Strong customer communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
