Your Role: What You’ll Do


As our Service Manager, you’ll be the heart of our service department — leading people, managing operations, and ensuring every customer leaves with an exceptional impression of Mercedes-Benz of Rochester.




  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective service experiences for every customer




  • Serve as a bridge between customers, service advisors, and technicians




  • Hire, train, and manage technicians and service advisors




  • Prioritize and delegate work efficiently to ensure timely service delivery




  • Proactively resolve concerns and ensure complete customer satisfaction




  • Foster strong customer relationships through transparency and communication




  • Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer care




  • Lead your team by example, with integrity, empathy, and professionalism




What We’re Looking For




  • Strong leadership and team management skills




  • Proven ability to create positive customer experiences




  • Solid technical knowledge of automotive systems and service processes




  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills




  • Prior dealership experience strongly preferred




  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement




  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
